How to becomes stewardess @ steward?

I think it's really nice job. So, i really need to know about this job because my brother and i have the same ambition. Tell me some conditions or information.Help us... Thanks!

As someone who has had many jobs entailing waiting on the public, I do not see any glamour in being a flying waitress or waiter.

Have you flown much? The stewardesses do not ever look very happy. Its not very conducive to family life should you wish to marry and have children someday.
