Q.1 As in restaurants/Takeaways/cafes etc how often do they change
their Menus ???
Q.2 like takeaways maybe every year or six months ?
Q.3or Restaurants/cafes i am not sure do they change during the year according
to seasons, Daily etc ???
Q.4 And would they Have certain dishes they have served through out the year???

1/ NOT AS OFTEN AS YOU THINK!
2/ only if they have to.
3/ they print menu's for a long time, then add daily specials.
4/ yes because if the customers like a certain dish it is kept.

menus change every day.otherwise you`d get bored with the same thing all the time.vegetables when in season,game in season.fish,there are many types & can b changed daily.as 4 meats u can cook those in all sorts of various ways.ergo you can go at least 2 months with different dishes on the menu.

I'm in UK
I find most takeaways seem to change their menu's annually whereas restaurants seem to change them from summer to winter season.
Steak seems to feature both seasons as does chicken and roast dinners. In the summer i find that fish such as salmon and plaice seem to feature on the menu with new potatoes.I am referring to the beefeater and harvester restaurants.
Smaller businesses seem to have daily specials such as fish on Friday, casserole on Wednesday, bubble and squeak on Monday. Varies according to the owners.
