i live in calaforna and i wish to buy a bearded dragon i need to know the best place to git one and the range of cost.

OK.. It depends on the age, and bread of bearded. I got a baby when it was just 3 weeks old on sale for $69.99. His regular price would have been $99.00 that was 3 years ago.... An adult can run you anywhere from $150.00-300... but exotics are MUCH more... I live in Michigan....

We keep / breed beardies - have done so for years.
Dragons can sell for $15 to $800 from a breeder. When we sell to pet shops - they pay as little as $10 for the normal colored youngsters. Beardies with color sell for more - depending on bloodlines and color (or lack of as in a transparent or leucistic). Age and sex also count in the selling price, as females usually sell for more than the males.
We might be able to refer you to a breeder if you tell us what area of CA you live in. If you order online, you will pay shipping costs (overnight shipping can be as much as $60).

it dependsw on their age. younger ones are about 75 and it goes up from there. i would search online for a local breeder. the ones in pet store have a tendancy to get ill quicker. and some breeders have garentees that pet stores don't

Depends they range from $30- somewhere in the hundreds. You should try adopting one there are tons that need homes.

I bougt a pair from a pet store and it cost me $50.00 from a local pet store. Your best bet would be to go areound and price them from the different pet stores where you live.
