The clocks went forward last night. According to new Yahoo Answers guidelines you're not allowed to ask what time it is (this is a specific example given under the ban on "chatting") but I'm not going to report you.

Didn't the clocks go forward two weeks ago? Or did the time just change in England?

It's 2.35pm GMT as I'm answering this question. However, in the UK the clocks have gone forward and we are now in BST (British Summer time), and it is 3.35pm.

Isn't it time to quit changing time twice a year? It was put in in WWll, so that when ppl got home from work, they would have more daylight to work in their gardens. To grow food to help the war effort. It seems so obsolete, unnecessary and not helpful now.
