If you were going to use photos for a book you are putting together, how do you go about finding out if the photo is copywrited?

Check to see if you can get the photo on the internet, if you find it then the information will be there. Check to see if there is a date on the back of the photo. If you can not find the info and you still want to use it then you can always put "Photographer Unknown' under the picture. If it is not your photo do not take credit for it.
