What a coincidence! I'm planning a peach cobbler made in my Dutch oven over a campfire. My wife likes apple crisp, so I'll make some of that in another Dutch oven. The biggest of my three Dutch ovens (called camp ovens, they have legs to sit over the coals and lids with rims you put hot coals on to bake the top crust) will be used to make an apricot cobbler for the regiment!
