i never get a call back i always call them if idont here form
them after a week but no one ever calls me back i get really p..... off about this as most of the time they are on the phone to people any way this is part of the job .please help

It seems you need to find a job for yourself first before you can recruit people for jobs on behalf of others! Pretty interesting - good luck!
Depending on phone replies - sorry, it does not seem to work in this field of finding jobs!

Learn to spell properly and learn to punctuate properly first if you want to send applications in writing.
Secondly, try actually going in there instead of calling and writing to them. Its very easy to ignore a letter or a call, but when someone is standing there right in their office with a CV in their hand asking to speak to someone, its a lot more difficult.
Its vitally important to people to be able to put a face to a name, and so they will see what you look like and how smart your appearance is, get a feel for how confident you are (you have to be a little pushy but also polite to work in recruitment) and - most importantly - they will REMEMBER you as being the person who came in, so when you call to follow them up they will know who you are.

i had a call from an agency that deals in this field as i usd to be one.
I am in hertfordshire anywhere near you?
