Clinton was impeached because of a legal infraction...he committed purjory TWICE...Bush ahs not committed any technically illegal acts so the congress can not impeach him. (impeachment requires that 2/3 of the house bring a legal charge against him not a moral or political one.)

First of all, Clinton knowingly lied to a Federal Grand Jury. Bush based his decision on intelligence report from MI 6, French Intelligence, Russian Intelligence and German Intelligence. Even Clinton believed that Saddam Hussein had 11 tons of chemical weapons missing while the weapon inspectors were asked to leave in 1998.
The United States Government based all their policies from foreign governments intelligence because the United States removed all human intelligence programs back from the 1970's because of the Church Commission.
Why don't you ask why the Democrats eliminated the human intelligence program in the CIA when they were running the Congress in the 1970's?
Scooter Libby didn't reveal Valerie Plame's name as a CIA Operative, it was Richard Armitage (The undersecretary of State under Colin Powell) that revealed her name to Robert Nowak (Columnist for The Chicago Tribune). Alberto Gonzales and Patrick Fitzgerald was notified of this early on the investigation. The investigation should have stopped right then a there. This case was nothing but a political witch hunt.

Clinton lied while being investigated for sexual battery against a woman. Not a bj. If you lie under oath you should go to jail. So I guess the better question should be why did Libby get sent to jail and Clinton did not?

Who would even want to give gw a bj? I was surprised to hear gingrich had an affair haha who the hell are these women. Supposedly lying about a BJ is worse then f-cking up your country for years to come and never admitting it. Well unless voting season comes around he was all apolegetic there for a little while.
