In a regular match I would pick sting. In a submission match I would still pick sting. Sting is a legend just like you said, but angle still has a big shoe to fill compared to sting.
However, he might do just that. I would expect to see him become tna champion sooner than later.

Sting is my boy but Kurt is still in his prime. If this was ten years ago Sting would have it no doubt but he's slowed down and Kurt is a machine.

I would pick Kurt Angle because he's a great mat technician and he can pretty much counter any wrestling move, tremendous athlete in the ring.
