"Are you angry?" is a correct, present tense question.
The cooresponding sentence would be:
"I am angry." That is because in English, one uses a form of "to be" with the adjective "angry" to express anger. Other languages use other verbs for that same purpose. (To have or to do or to make).

"Dou you angry" is unrecognizable. I can assume you meant "Do" instead of "dou," but even that is incorrect. Do you angry is nonsense in English. HOWEVER, you COULD say "Do you get angry?"

"Do you get angry?" means the same thing as
"Do you become angry?" It is not asking if you are angry
in this moment in time (which is what "Are you angry?" means.) It is asking if you have the capacity to become
angry.

First, there are a couple misspellings here......in your question, the correct spelling for differents is difference.

Dou you angry? I am assuming you mean Do you angry?
That would put the verb at the head of the question, and thus, be incorrect usage.

Are you angry? Are is a linking verb that can used at the head of a question. (Is, Are, Was, and Were).
