I ate at Panera Bread last night and was totally taken in by the music they were playing. Does anyone know what CDs they use to create the perfect atmosphere?

I worked at Panera... we just used a satellite station, i think. The rule was basically, light jazz in the morning, faster jazz in the afternoon. It was mostly muzak, but i recognized some actual songs by the original artist- i heard John Coltrane there, Duke Ellington

There is no set cd that all the Paneras' have. Just go back and ask what cd it is. They would be glad to tell you, during a slow time of course.
