Don't listen to those other two. They tell others to get a life, while on the comp...Talk about hypocrites....
Anyways, you can catch the Pokemon Chronicles, the end of Orange Islands, and the beginning of Johto Journeys on Toonami Jetstream. They add new episodes weekly so keep checking back. Unfortunately for the rest, I can't find a place where you can just watch them, so you'll have to download the episodes with a BitTorrent program. Try sites like mininova for torrents. Be sure to have plently of space on your hard drive because they usually only have torrents for whole seasons.
For the newest episodes, check pocketmonsters.net for their newest torrents for Pokemon Diamond and Pearl and Advanced Generation. Note that the D&P torrents have no translations. For D&P Ep. 1,2, and 9 with subtitles, check dattebayo fansubs.

Don't watch anime illegally. Support the industry, buy the DVDs(they are pretty dirt cheap now at Best Buy).

I don't no where else you can watch pokemon episodes.But,come on. you still wacth that show.how misserrable is your life?
