I send EMAIL to someone they say they did not receive yet it nevers comes back to me.?

Question

The person I send it to has given their password to someone else and I believe that some else may be deleting it. How can I find out who is possibly deleting mail I sent out?

Perhaps this person has put you on their "Blocked " list and doesn't have the guts to come out and say so.
