In one you use the word "are" and in the other you use "dou", which is not a word. If you meant "do," it is ungrammatical, since angry isn't a verb and you can't "do" it.

Do you mean to say; are you angry? and do you get angry. dou is not a word.

Neither of them are sentences. Both are simple questions. The second one uses "dou" which is not in the dictionary, so it cannot be a word, therefore, the second question is incomplete!!

the latter does not make any sense and "dou" is not even a word.......".do you get angry" maybe but even then one is asking if you are already angry and one is asking if you get angry sometimes....FOXY
