This is difficult, most board games tend to get bogged down when you hit six or seven players, most board gamers I know would recommend spiltting into smaller groups and working on four/five player games...
That said - as one answerer already mentioned - Cranium is well worth playing as a team game, because it doesn't just rely on one person at a time taking a turn.
There's a little game you can get from specialist game shops called "Who is the werewolf, not a board game as such, but a nifty little game suitable for occasional use and it can be quite good fun, relying on a lot of interaction.
There's also an F1 racing game called 'Formula De', again available from specialist stores (I'll list a couple of the UK specialists I know of at the bottom of my answer). You can buy extra cars to play with so it should be able to accomodate many players, but 15 might be pushing it. It would also slow down quite a bit as well I fear.
Pitchcar/Carabande is one game that doesn't really slow down too much with many players but even that only caters for seven players. It's fast and fun, a hybrid of Formula one racing and subbuteo. It is a little expensive though.
If you really want that many players, team versions of games are the way forward though.
Speaking as someone who has hosted and attended regular board gaming nights for many years I'd consider getting one or two new good games and having a couple of groups gaming. You'll still get some decent sized groups as far as interaction is concerned plus you'll get greater variety in your games, especially if your visitors get into it and start acquiring their own.
I have often been to board/card game evenings where a dozen people have turned up with over thirty games between them - no duplicates and all good fun.
If you decide to go this route, find yourself a 'Friendly Local Games Store' and look at what they have to offer, you'll find what they sell is usually far more fun than the lines in most local supermarkets. Check out the link to BoardGameGeek I'll post below to see some of the more popular games.
Hope this helps.

RE:
What board games are good for larger groups 10 to 15 or more to play?
I just moved into a new house and I had a small house warming last night and we ended up playing Pictionary, we decided we want to get together once a week to play, but I need help with other games, 2 reasons, I stink at drawing and Pictionary is the only one I have..lol

Try the new DVD interactive games.. you can split into teams.. or perhaps have a beetle drive.. or write up a pub style quiz and get a different person to make up the questions each week.. costs a £1 each or something to enter then someone wins!! great incentive also they can include musical questions and even clips on video if the quiz master that week can be bothered.. Board Games are tricky for large groups you could play trivial pursuit in teams of course or try a backgammon tournament.. poker is great fun and easy to learn and the chips etc. are cheap enough now to buy.. card games are fun too. whist or rummy, books with these games and their rules are readily avaialble. perhaps you could have a round robin where you have several games on the go and people rotate and then everyone gets a go at say scrabble..Monopoly, twister and cluedo!! sounds fun.. good luck..by the way charity shops and car boot sales are a good source of secondhand games

Mad Gab is fun, Taboo, sherades is fun, catch phrase, scattergories is fun, and of course cranium is always fun. There are more but those are some starters. Hastings should have all of them and walmart might have them.
Mad Gab is a good group game that everyone plays at the same time in 2-3 teams, and you try to decipher mixed up words that make a sentance (meek add ooler-make a dollar). Taboo is also another similar set up game with 2-3 teams that everyone participates at the same time. Someone tries to communicate the word on a card, but there are words marked on the card that they cannot use while explaining that word. Scattergories has about 6 teams I think and you all play at once again. You have cattegories and you have a letter that is chosen, and you write down words relating to that category that start with the letter ( B Seafood-Blowfish Destination-Boston etc.). Cranium is a little more complicated so I wont explain it. Sherades, you have a card and a timer and one person has to act out as many things on their card as possible and try to get their team to guess them before time runs out. Catch phrase is similar to taboo, but you have a disc that gives you a word and you have to explain it not using that word before your timer runs out. You have 2 teams and once one person on your team gets a word they pass it to the next person on their team and they have to do it as well. Like I said all of these can probably be found at hastings.

When you have more than 8 people, board games get difficult because too many people are sitting around getting bored while waiting for their turn. But if you group people into teams it can be more fun, especially if those teams are divided by real differences, eg, age, sex, job, rank, blue eyes vs brown eyes, anything like that.
I think the best game to play would be Trivial Pursuit, Taboo, Scattergories, and possibly Cluedo
You could also play card games like Uno and Balderdash

I love doing this!!
We have singstar nights, we love that game! Also, there is a great came called scattergories, try that one.
The DVD games are usually good, but if you want to stick to just board games try things like cranuim, pictionarymania is good coz its not just drawing.
Sounds like an excellent evening to me! We often do it with some nibbles, a couple of beers for those not driving or working and some music in the background.

Boston is a perfect blend of colonial record and cutting-edge innovation. From the charming cobblestones of Beacon Hill and innovative landmarks of the Freedom Trail, to the iconic reasons of Harvard University and Fenway Park, Boston is really a treasure trove of Americana and with hotelbye you may have the chance to know that treasure. Boston is famous it while the "hold of liberty" and Faneuil Hall is one of many places must-see similar to the adjoining Faneuil Hall Marketplace, a place which includes three extended halls: Quincy Market, North Industry, and South Market. , Faneuil Hall Marketplace is dating from the early 19th century and has become entertained by way of a energetic assortment of shops, restaurants, and exhibitions. In excellent climate, you will find road performers and buskers putting on shows in the square around the market.

Mad Gab, Apples to Apples, Outburst is really fun in teams too. I found a really funny game and it's called boxers or briefs it's like apples to apples...sooo funny! For apples to apples you may have to pair up if you have too many people over, but it is loads of fun. Mad libs are bunches of fun also, it's where you fill in the blanks with verbs, nouns, adjectives, names, numbers, then you read the story aloud and it is usually pretty funny. We play all these at work on our breaks. Have fun...I know I do!!!

Balderdash....it's so much fun, we play it in large groups, family outings and get togethers with the girls. The teenagers love to play it with us. It's kinda like what some people use to call dictionary. It's so easy and you will be laughing and I guarantee they will like this better then pictionary.

Lots of good answers above. For an absolute great time when I can get a group together that large for gaming, is Werewolf, aka Mafia or Lupus en Tabula. A ton of fun, and always a noisy good time.
You can read more about it here:

Happy gaming!
