If she has a regular 28 day cycle then she would ovulate 14 days after the day she started her last period. Example: If she started her period on the 10th of March then she should be ovulating around the 24th (of March). If her cycle is not regular then this can change.

I was always told that you ovulate 2 weeks after your period, weeks before your period and the 4 days in between the 2 weeks. So if you are trying to get pregnant there are really only like 4 days you are most fertile. it all depends on if your cycles are regular or not too. If they are irregular you can really get pregnant any time. good luck

Everyone is different. So if you are ttc you should chart your bbt or you should buy a fertility monitor I got pregnant in three cycles on it.
