The eye thing is he is trying to look deep, and the head thing is he is trying to convince himself that he isn't full sh!t!

He's an alien!! He stares at the sun cuz his eyes can see 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 meters away and so do his alien minions. They can see each other and send messages to each other by making slight movements and are planning to take over EARTH!!!!!!!!! Run!!!
