Hi, whatever you do DON'T buy one off ebay. Too many ex demo laptops on there that have had a good working life before you get it. If you do get it.
Buy from a reputable source. Have a look at the link below.
One of my mates just got one of these and it came the next day. Cracking machine for the money. I have an Acer 3692 which is also good. Would have bought the HP if I had seen it first

Try a local small PC sales/supplies/repair shop if you have any. You can either get them to build you one or get a reconditioned used one for a good price and it should be fine. It'll probably be more computer value for the money than what you'd get from a regular retailer or manufacturer.

i know exactly the place, pc world. Thet sell a laptop for £384 and its got all the main things you need for a laptop.

the cheapest one i found was the compaq presario c500 for$499 u.s. i searched the inter net and called several stores i found this one at best buy and i love it but the windows vista kind of sucks i miss xp
