I have problem installing a webcam on my mums pc?
My mum and I bought two of the same webcams as I am moving away soon so we can keep in touch.

My webcam has installed perfectly and is working but hers says that the webcam is asking for too much bandwith. Is this a hardware problem or her ISP which is different from mine. The machine she has is slightly slower than mine but more than enough to run a webcam on and generally connection speeds of 1-4 meg.

It said usb controller bandwith exceeded. The pc has only 2 usb slots but have tried plugging the cam into the pc directly as well as the hub and no difference help!

Serious answers only please as we need to get this resolved before I move! Thanks!

This aint a hardware problem the bandwith is related to the internet & what the cam is asking is higher ping so you need to have at least 512 Kb per second to make it run
Try & contact your internet provider & let them know the problem ok
