People , Have to type in CAPS . Do they not know where the Caps Lock button is !?!

Maybe some people just like to type in CAPS. As long as the messege gets across what difference does it make. Everyone does not look at it as screaming when they type in all uppercase.

My boyfriend does that, it drives me crazy cause he never takes off the caps lock button and then my passwords never work...uuggggg

Maybe they are trying to make sure their answer stands out most or they don't know about how or when to use caps..

They're trying to out-shout everyone else. As you probably know, typing in all caps indicates you're shouting. It's a practice indulged in by people who really don't have anything to say that's worth listening to...

i tend to only type in lower case and let the spellchecker change what needs to be changed ,and yeah it is kinda rude like yelling in type.
