I think Mikayla Abrie is beautiful..maybe switching Stephanie Christina around and also Cameron Scott. Anthony and Michael are very good names I just think they are two strong names that would not do good paired together..hope this helped :)

Don't get me wrong the names are nice; they just need a wee bit of tweaking. Here's what I mean.
Christina Stephanie is okay as it stands.
Scott Cameron to me looks and sounds better as Cameron Scott
Anthony Michael to me looks and sounds better as Michael Anthony
Mikayla Abrie is very nice; however, both names work well this way:Christina Abrie and Stephanie Mikayla.

I love them all. I really like Scott Cameron for the boy. I like Cameron Scott too or Cameron for a girls name. I also like Mikayla Abrie. I have never seen it spelled like that and I think Christina is somewhat overused.

Mikayla Abrie is the only one I like of your list. Cameron is nice but I don't like it with Scott.

I like Makayla Abrie but how about 4 a girls name Maleigha Hayden. Maleigha being the first name and hayden being the middle name? If you ask me I love that name and for a guys name how about Seth Kevin I know it's retarded so you might as well stick with your guy name's the reason I got those name's is b/c those are my last crushes names! lol :)
