Ok but are you looking for a job or planning to give one someone?
The job entails travel both domestic and international as tourist information centres are scattered all around the country. We look for mature applicants with some experience and, if proven, they may be appointed as managers.

Employees are required to take instuctions from people with limited knowledge of the English language.
You will be asked to travel to undetermined places on short notice and find your own way back to safety.
"Mature applicants" advance quickly in the organization because the immature ones are fired, arrested or we just dont hear from them again.

be careful what you write about age - unless you want a claim under the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.

You can say that "applicants aged 40+ welcome, although applications on merit alone" so long as you can prove that you have fewer mature applicants in your organisation and to ensure a diverse workforce, you can encourage older applicants.
