I know what you mean. It's a sad statement of our society that people no longer understand kindness, generosity and compassion. Perhaps you should be a little more assertive, not aggressive, but assertive when it comes to your human right. For example, if you feel someone is taking advantage of you, tell them why you think that. If you continue to do this all the time, they will soon learn where you are at.
I wish you the very best

Hum, It's important that your kind. Yet perceiving you as "week"?
The fact is if you're truly honest with your kind answers...It is what it is,not right not wrong. Simply your prescription.
If your communication and perception is up beat, (You tend to see your glass as 1/2 full rather then 1/2 empty,) we need people like you!!!
I'm more concern of the persons to whom feels your responds is week & not kind? That is not weekness, that's a person who for what ever reason needs to see the glass as 1/2 empty. Sad for them! I can see why they want you around.

You don't!
If they are dumb enough to mistake your kindness for weakness just because you do not respond to or with negativity - they are not worth trying to convince otherwise!
As that Great German Beer "Wartsteiner" Motto sez - Life is too short to drink Bad beer!
The same thing applies here!

Let them think what they wanna think....continue to be yourself. How do you know that they take it for weakness?? No need to fight for anything...you rock the way you are. People will always make their own judgments no matter what you do or say.

Remain kind and yet continue to hold your ground. One of the things I've heard said to defuse certain tense situation is "Well, you may be right."
What is unspoken, of course, is "you may be wrong, as well."

that always happens to kind people. But i think weshould ignore them because they never help others and they think they do great things.Mostly those people are famous who are arrogant. So better not to be one of them.Ignore them and don't care about wat they say.If they think that we are weak, its their problem because by their saying we aren't going to become weak.We are brave as we are kind andwe are the oones who could lead our countries to the path of progress.
