OOH This can be fun!!! But the general public only gets a little of what is really going on. If you want to investigate someones past, go to the County that they live in, or where the offense took place. Speak with a clerk and give them the name of the person. They will tell you what departments that the name appears in. Like arrests/ divorce/births/etc. Then they will let you go over the MICRO-Film. These will give you all the details. All the details. I am not too sure you can get all that stuff via the Internet. I have not been able to.
