Apparently he is too stupid to recognize a good idea on its own merit. He assumes that because you are subordinate to him at work and that he is subordinate to his boss that the bosses ideas are good, and yours are not.... also, hes a brown noser!

What about when you do work and the boss takes credit and has the audacity to copy you in the email they send the higher ups saying they did!!

nah my boss wouldnt dare as all the best ideas come from one member of staff and if she left he'd be royally screwed! xx
