Please what is a legit, good, simple music sharing network that is only about a few cents- $1 a month?

Something similar to Limewire, which was good but I had some problems...Should be inexpensive, legit, downloads the music, and most of all SIMPLE AND EASY TO USE! Thanks a lot.
