My sister loaned her ex-boyfriend some serious money and he won't pay her back. All he does is play games. She has threatened him with small claims court but it would just be another court case added to his list. She's to the point where she wants to destroy him for what he is doing. Any pointers?

Boyfriend sees the money as a gift. Although he may agree to almost anything, he really believes the money was entitlement of shared life. He is a typical low-rent type scuzbucket.
Don't do anything that can cause you harm. Take him to court. Take any documents and/or witnesses with you.

The best revenge is to sue, win and collect the judgment. I presume she knows where he works...set up a wage garnishment. If she wrote him a check, then maybe she knows where he banks. The judgment will have a nice impact on his credit rating too.

Chalk it up to experience and walk away. Never loan money to anyone ever again unless you get the repayment plan in writing,signed in front of witnesses and with something left as collateral.

Begging, writing, pleading, writing...then take him to court and ask the Marshalls do the collecting for her. They do that and they are very effective!!
