charity auction brochure, fundraiser event?

i am designing a brochure
what should i put in it

i have what chairity is?
auction items
and some adverts

any ideas?

Would also put a list of things/people the chartiy helps, and possibly photo's, also future involvements/fundraiser events.

contact details, web address. (if you dont have one then drop me a mail [e-mail] and will set up a site for you (foc)

Don't forget to include details of the Charity (address, Charity Registration Number) ..

I'm sorry to say that there are so many con-tricks and scam-merchants out their these days that a lot of people will simply assume your leaflet is just another trick = to re-assure people you need to have real names and addresses of Contacts...( not just web addresses and mobile or premium rate phone numbers)


NB. - Charities can usually claim back Tax on Donations (and so can you if you are a higher rate Tax payer) - they need the Tax payer to sign to agree = so maybe you could include a form ?
