how do i obtain a new passport, driving licence, national ins number, etc. nothing illegal though!

Ask an illegal immigrant; they seem to know all the answers. I've only lived here all my life so what do I know. If you find out, let me know. My passport photo looks gross.

there is no legal way to do it.
the way described in books is look in the local registrar find someone dead around the same age as yo get their birth cert. then use that as a foundation to build a new I.D. but with all the birth, death and mariage cert.s computer linked now I don't think that would work.

Today, make a list of positive behaviors you want to emulate and negative behaviors you want to shed. Forget official documents, it's impossible. Then give youself a new nickname, go find a place to volunteer where they need people. Find some interesting hobbies and new friends. Exercise, eat properly and drink lots of water.
