To be honest I do not think there ever has been one, at every time in English cricket history there has always been some one born oversees playing in the side, look at Michael Cowdrey for instance he was born in India, going back even further Indian and Pakistani's who were rich enough to be called princes played in the so called English cricket team, as have Scotsmen, Irishmen and Welshmen.

Now a days a lot of mix English team dont know about the team where all the team members are english.
