First off you will not get a answer to this question in any detail.
There is not one person on here who would tell you what they have discovered in a niche market that makes good or serious money, why increase the competition?
You will have to do what we all have done my friend, research and find the magic spot.

Wow some very interesting answers. You always want to think a niche market is a group of people on the interest searching for a solution to a problem but not finding relevant search results, that is what makes a niche. Not a product that millions of people are selling.
Your first best bet is to think about what you are passionate about, what problems can you help people solve? Always think about the problems not products that will fall into place later.
Than you need to do some research to figure out if people are searching for a solution online, no point putting up a website solving a problem no one has or millions of other sites are already taking care of it.

There is actually nothing as a profitable niche, only that it really all depends on your creativity. To be ale to have a successful and profitable niche, you should be able to like what you do and be ale to find creative ways to market your chosen business.

I would have to say foreclosures
The market is going to get very big real soon. This is because of the variable rate mortgages that were popular. These rates are going thru the roof and people can't afford the payments. Therefore foreclosures are going to be quite profitable. I do this and it is kicking. I have a link for it under business opportunities.

* breast creams
* online marketing
Just think of money and vices and you'll hit some hot areas...
