Well that depends on many factors. You may just have had a great workout.
Something that might be considered. Check your BP. If there is a drastic rise in BP during excercise you may have underlying conditions that require treatment before you resume excercise.
If this concerns you - always consult a physiciam before starting any excercise program.
If that is the only symptom you are having? Chances are really good that you are just fine.

I would say this is due to the expansion of blood vessels which is down to muscles needing more oxygen but also the use of radiation to get rid of excess heat to cool the body down also known as vasodilation

IT's all good! Firstly, you have increased your heart rate. Secondly, you have heated your body so your veins will rise to the surface.

All in all, very normal!

not anything to worry about. its like when you take a walk and you have your hands down next to you. all thats happening is your blood is pumping and with your heart pounding from the extra exercise. just pounding of heart and circulation of blood. please dont worry . your fine

it's normal, you move, your heart pumps faster which makes the blood flow faster and stronger.
