You can loose weight by regulating you eating habits. You must have balanced breakfast. (Say Two boiled eggs, Two Bread Slices, with small plain butter or cheese and one cup of skimmed milk), Your lunch should be very much simple, Say take vegitable burger, or fish burger, and diet cold drink. At dinner you must take as little food as possible. I mean to say that your stomach should be very light and very much light. It will be best for you to loose weight.

Just eat as much as you need to feel comfortably full. Eat a natural, whole foods diet from health food stores. This alone will help you lose weight because conventional processed food has chemicals that make you gain weight.
And also be sure to engage in regular physical exercise. Walking is the best exercise for losing weight. Do as much as you can. Once you're comfortable with walking, starting running.
The pounds should melt away if you try this, and if this doesn't work it's probaly because your liver is clogged and it needs to be cleansed before it can flush the fat from your system.

4 oz of meat 4 oz starch and 8 oz veggies.
NO trans fat at fast food places.
