Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://tinyurl.im/aH3Qj
Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.
You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

First, you need to find out if your sister's adoption was a closed or open adoption. If it was a closed adoption, there's not much you can do to find her because that's the way the adoptive family wanted it. But if it's an open adoption, than you are much more likely to find your sister and have access to more of her records. Second, since she's a minor (If she is, you said she's younger than 16 so I'm assuming she is a minor), than you're more likely to find information about her by looking up her adoptive PARENTS names and information that you have. You could look up HER name and birthdate, but it would be much more difficult because she probably doesn't have any public records yet, like a drivers license or personal address, etc. Third, use modern technology. THE INTERNET. The internet makes finding people way too easy these days (example: Facebook), so if you know her name, birthday and current city, than I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to find her. Especially on Facebook, (assuming she has a Facebook) but let's be honest. Who DOESN'T have a Facebook these days? Overall, finding your sister depends a lot on the information you have already. You can't look for something if you don't know what it is you're looking for. (In this case, your sister. But it would be a lot more helpful to you if you knew where she lives now, her adoptive parents names, her birthdate, what school she currently attends, etc, etc.) So I hope this information helps. Good luck!

You can post a free ad in a local newspaper, but you have to place it in Spanish.
Go to www.prensalibre.com then go to OPINIONES DE LOS LECTORES, they will ask you to create a free account, after that you place your ad for free, where you say that you are looking for a certain person
There is another option too, a free ad by radio at www.emisorasunidas.com.gt
Good luck!

I just tried https://webmd.im/verispy last year to see if I could Locate my birth-father. My bio father left me when I was 7, and has refused to be a part of my life since. I grew up with my bio Mother and Step-father. I have only ever talked to my biological father a couple times until now. All I knew of him personally when I conducted the search was his first name, last name, and the street address of a previous address he used to have.
When the search results came back based on the minimal info I had, It pulled up a recent address along with even a phone number. When I called the phone no., I heard the voice of what sounded like it may be my step-brother. I asked if Joseph(my biological dad) was there, and he said no but to try back after 5.
I haven't done anything with the info, But I found what I was wanting to have.
