most trusted way is to remove all the malicious files manually, so you will be sure that there's nothing left to infect your computer. here's spylocked removal: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-spylocked.html
and here's spydawn removal: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-spydawn.html
good luck!
btw, most of antispyware remove spydawn and if you wait a few days maybe they will add removal for spylocked too.

You can also use these that are completly free.
Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free.

hey.
SpyDawn is a rogue security program with elevated risk that uses malicious software to advertise or install itself. It shows misleading scan results and also shows false warning messages. SpyLocked is a Dangerous fake antispyware software and it is update version of SpyDawn. SpyLocked is a variant of Trojan.Zlob. SpyLocked display a fake warning message to purchase the paid version of SpyLocked.
SpyLocked also displays a fake warning alert with flashing icon on your system tray. A Pop up balloon warning messages claiming that your PC is infected. For example : "Critical System Error", "Your computer is infected", "System Alert", "Security Alert", Trojan-Spy.win32@mx", "Virus Alert", "Security Alert" or "Spyware.Cyberlog-X".
I got all these information from this site and you can also check it. There you can also get the complete manual and Automatic removal.

Both programs Spydawn and SpyLocked may get into your PC by Trojan (probably Zlob). SpyLocked is a latest rogue anti-spyware program and also the remake of SpyDawn. You must use spyware removal programs and update them permanently. Another way out of a situation is to follow manual spyware removal instructions or scan your PC online.
