it would have been nice if she had told you first after all thats what friends are for, if you werent into this guy then it should not be a problem and leave them too it maybe they are better suited, it is wrong as every one knew before you, ask her why she felt that she could not tell you, i am sure she is not being nasty maybe she felt awkward and really likes the guy and thought you would have a problem with it, if you talk to her you can set the record straight, guys come and go but a true friend will always be there, dont get too stressed but definately talk to her otherwise you risk your friendship, it will be fine i am sure .

I think it would have been wrong if they went together while the relationship was going on, the fact that shes with him after you've finished is their business. She didn't tell you because she knew what you would think and because you two are friends makes it all the more difficult.
Put yourself in her shoes, she wasn't betraying you just mearely protecting you, and yes of course it hurts when you find out second hand but it must have equally been difficult for her. She's got your leftovers maybe because she couldn't get a b/f herself, count yourself lucky you weren't married to him and had his kids!!

What hurts most hun? her being with him or her not telling you?
I personally don't think she could face telling you for fear of you being hurt and angry. What she has done is made things worse.
I think you should confront her and explain to her how hurt you are that she didn't tell you herself and that you had to find out from everyone else!
It is then up to you if you let this lad come between you. You did dump him though. Remember that.

I realise how you feel about your mate seeing your ex, but remember he was not right for you and never would have been, she is embarrassed to tell you what is going on, but it if was me I would wish her good luck and hope things worked out for them, she did not take him off you, so she has not really done a lot wrong. Good luck

Yeah she should have had the guts to tell you. Confront her if your bothered, but now you know how poor a friend she is then look for someone else who will respect your feelings!

I think that you should speak to your friend to find out if it is right first. Then address the poblem of her not telling you if indeed that is the case. Talking can resolve most problems between friends

sorry to say this but he's your ex....right? he was not right for you, so move on and don't worry about what your friend is up to...get yourself a nice lad of your own, i do agree that she should have told you but she may have worried about your reaction....don't let her see that it bothers you because she may rub it in your face (if she's that kind of person)....just move on and be happy with someone else

I don't find anything wrong with her going out with him, but I do have a problem with her being so aloof about telling you!

I set my ex fiancee up with my roommate - they get on like a house on fire & are the perfect couple! Your friend should have asked you first though...
