Older, set-in stains will often come out in the wash after being pretreated with a solution of 3 tablespoons white vinegar and 2 tablespoons liquid detergent in 1 quart (1 liter) warm water. Rub the solution into the stain, then blot it dry before washing. Good Luck !

Soak area in hydrogen peroxide...may have to do several times. Also try 'spot shot' it is a rug stain remover but will take stains out of things that have been dried.

Most blood stains can be removed simply by adding SALT. Put your jeans in cold water lift them out of the water and add salt , a big spoon, Leave like this till you see the stain lifting. The more heat you add to a stain the harder it is to remove , make sure the stain it out before washing on a normal wash

Soak the stain in 100% peroxide, let set and then wash with Tide Bleach Alternative. Actually any good detergent will do.

well for older stains try oxy clean or peroxide... soak the area with water and either one of these products..
with fresh blood stains the best thing.. that really works.. is you own saliva. i know that sounds weird but it works.
try it next time but for now just use some sort of stain removal
Good Luck

Any of the pre-treaters might help to fade the spot .. soak the area in the pre-treater for an hour and see if it comes up a little. If so, keep repeating the pre-treatment and wash cycle.
If you can use bleach (I don't know how light the jeans are) I would use a little bleach on the area, but use a cotton ball so you don't end up using too much and getting a spot from the bleach

Use only cold water with soap and scrub the crap out of them. Cold water usually does the best job at removing blood stains.
