Murphy's Law. It never fails, one of the cats will get a burst of affection whenever I am wearing black. This trait is not exclusive to white Persians...Ginger Tabbies have it too, and Gray Tabbies, and Torties and Calicos....

My cat likes to rub against my wet legs when I get out of the shower. It's totally annoying.
But I guess it's a sign of affection.

I agree...that's not limited to Persians
Maybe it's diabolical affection.

Its just the way things work. Like when you spill a glass of soda on your kitchen floor you just mopped or the dog goes outside and rolls in a mud hole right after you give him a bath.

definitely diabolical ... my cat lives sticks around just to torture the dogs, and because the food is delivered on time.
