just substitute in 2 odd integers and see which one works
i substituted 1 and 1 so
A)1+3(1)=4 so not correct
B) 3(1)-1=2 not correct
C) 3(1)^2+3(1)^2=6 not correct
D)(1(1)+3)^2=16 not correct
E) 3(1)(1)=3 CORRECT

if u consider m as 1 n is 3 then the answer could be only E
