Can anyone please tell me which cities in australia have a low cost of living ?

I am an international student and based on the answer to the above question i will finalise my choice of university because i dont have too much money...it will support only the education...want to sve as much as possible!

Rural areas. eg. Warnambool. (which by the way, is nice place, if a little out of the way from the excitement of big cities such as Melbourne) :o)
