Okay I was talking to an exboyfriend. We are friends now. But the thing is he keeps talking about his girlfriend. I don't know if he is doing it intentionaly or just to talk about something. Yet in every conversation he mentions her. I don't want to be mean and tell him to stop talking about her. but I was just wondering. He did ask me if he wasn't with her would things have worked out with us. I am just way confused with him right now. I don't want to interfere with his relationship since I know what it feels like to someone come in and steal someone away. She seems to be a nice girl. so just need some advice on what i should do.Should I keep talking to him or just leave him alone. I told him I don't want to talk to him for now. but He doesn't want to lose me since we lost contact for 5 years and are friends again. thanks in advance.

Could be something as simple as he wants you to know he hasn't been unlucky in love since he broke up with you.

Perhaps, he might feel you think there may be a chance of the two of you getting back together, and wants to remind you that he's happy with the girl he's with now. To avoid embarassment.

Maybe none of the above, perhaps he is trying to show you how good a boyfriend he can be...a boyfriend that could be good to you in the same way.

Maybe he really likes the girl, and can't stop thinking, and hence talking about her.

You know him better than anyone else here who will answer. what do you think?

Wow, this sounds like my situation but in reverse. M y ex-girl wuld talk 'bout her new boyfriend almost all da time. I think it WAS her way 2 make me jealous. She even tried 2 tell me 'bout da first time they had sex. I'm pretty sure that's what ur exboyfriend is trying 2 do 2 u. My advise is just leave him alone & let him think ur better off wit out him.
