the teachers in the lunch room dont allow you to go to any other table than your own, and your arent allowed to bring any papers to the lunch room

Try sitting in the cafeteria with some home made snacks at a table with a sign or two to let people know you have free food. If the food is decent, you will at least get foot traffic. Then all you need to do is close the deal.

Then conduct it at lunch. Put a table by the lunch line so they can sign it when their waiting. Pass out flyers at the beginning of the line and have the table (or clipboard and other person) close to the end.

stand next to a classroom door and ask them to sign it when they're going into class, or else pass it around during lunch. A lot of people will sign it even if they don't really care.
