It depends whom I'm addressing. Obnoxious children who keep disrupting me tend to get called "obstreperous urchin" or something similar. they usually quieten down while they are trying to work out exactly what the insult means....

But I do like arabic style poetic insults too, like the "may the fleas..." one quoted.
