Yes it is fairly easy. Get new u bolts to mount it. You you probably break the old ones when you take them off. Just put the new one in place of the old one.

It installs the same way a normal muffler does. I bought my Flowmaster from Summit and went to Midas to have it installed. I think they charged less than $50. Call around some muffler shops and garages in your area and get the best price. I agree with forgottenlove, if you're asking how to install it on Yahoo!, you should probably leave it to the professionals.
