Get a Pro Wrestling Illustrated magazine, they usually have old school belts on sale towards the back.

Considering how wrestling is fake, why not just make your own? Either that or see if a factory that makes belts could make you one? If you have pictures of how the belts look and everything, just give it to them and they will make it for you, for a price of course.
