is there a website u can go to that u can edit ur fotos?

ok so i was wondering if there is a website where u can actually get a realistic effect on ur fotos. eg i broke my nose recently and i want to see how it would look without the bump in it.... is there website or program i can use to see this?

Search for a free program called the GIMP. Its very powerful and somewhat complex, but you wanted free, right?
