How do I install a game with only data files?

I downloaded the Sims 2 from a D2D site, and it gave me files that are unusable in their current form. I have CCD files, CUE files, and SUB files. Hw would I go about making these usable?

You need a program called IsoBuster (http://www.isobuster.com/) or something similar. It will extract the disks out of the sub files

I think you need to make a CD image.
