Does not work here.
Will show in OE in blue
Only web site links will show in blue. provided you type them correctly. here.
The code has to be hidden and you click only mail to or contact in an html page.
. mailto or contact
Just clicked "your Profile" Your email address ( hidden) APPEARS in blue. so no need to give in your Q &A page.

Windows uses what's called internet launch protocol's for handling links and email. Such examples are http://, ftp://, gopher:, and mailto:. The mailto: one is used for email addresses, you put into HTML code, mailto:emailaddress@goeshere.com and it will be turned into a link by most website editors. Even Microsoft Word will do it if you use that.
