Hello there,
I had the same problem when I was pregnant. It is really worrisome, I know....but it will go away. My problem was the baby was sitting right on a major nerve. I called my OB and he told me to try and lay different ways to get the baby moving. I tried it and it worked...not right away, but the baby did move and my legs were better after that. Maybe you could try it...it might work??
As for the not eating and not sleeping....my advice...sleep when you can. You may find that you need a nap all the time...TAKE IT TAKE IT TAKE IT!!! I found that when I was tired I slept...if it meant being up most of the night so be it. Just sleep when you feel like it. When I was up at night all by myself, it gave me time to think about the baby...what to expect, how to feel, what your baby will look like....I loved it....no-one around to ask "how are you feeling" "do you need anything"....just me and the baby....try it...you might just enjoy the time!!! Good luck...
Food may not be your friend, but you need to eat...not just for the baby...which is the most important...but you need to keep up your strength. Just eat little bits...fresh fruit was the best for me....as it was a lot of water, and water does not stay with you....so you don't feel as full....just a thought!!!

while i was preggie, i had a simular situation. Although mine started at 6 months i had diffuculty moving and sleeping i thought i would never sleep agian. Eating was also hard it seemed all the food i ate came back faster then what i could swollow.......My dr. told me that to eat small portions of food just basically snak out all day. Dont sit down for a large meal because the baby is putting to much presure on your stomach which makes little room for your undigested food. As for you not being able to move your legs a nice soak in the tub helped me that and a nice rub is always great. Its hard because you are caring extra weight you just need more circulation in your legs. I wish i could help with the sleep part but i never did find a cure for that one.

Just remember that it is almost over and soon you will have a beautiful little bundle of joy to cuddle and kiss and love and it will be so much fun.I know how you feel, when I was pregnant so was my sister in law and it is so much fun when you do it together, anyway I remember sitting on the front porch with big big bellies and it was hard to even get up.We would sit around for hours watching and waiting for the babies to move.I would not have had as much fun if I was pregnant alone.Just keep telling yourself that it is almost over and soon you wont have to lug around a big belly.I hope you feel better soon.Congradulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you definatly want to talk to your o.b. about this. It is possible the baby is causing some kind of pressure on your sciatic nerve or it could possibly be that the baby is putting extra pressure on your vertebraes causing some sort of short term paralyisis which is nothing to mess around with. You should call the on call o.b. or your o.b. right away!

put a cold wet wash cloth in the freezer. Let it freeze up and then put it on the lower part of your belly. the baby will move. This will help shift him/her to a different area in your belly. Hopes this helps.. did for me.

It might be normal, but the best way to know if everything is perfectly normal is to seek for a doctor advice.
