It shows how emotional and vicarious they are. They attach themselves to the person /thing they love/adore.and are unable to overcome disappointment leading to disastrous decisions.
This happens not only in cricket but also among followers of politics, cinema fans etc..

Indian and Pakistan people are quite extreme in most cases and extremley passionate about most things. The fans death was a complete seperate case and yes some people get that passionate about a game or team.
The Death of the coach is being dealt with under a whole different ideal, namely Criminal Activity.

Why are India and Paki extremist? What happens when Beckham gets sent off in a world cup football match- he had to hide in the US? What about the behaviour of the football thugs that are so rampant in England , Holland and Germany? Is it not just a game too, or are they also extremist nations....it's all about passion, whether it is about politics, sport or religion.......they bring out strong passions in people irrespective of country or race

It is only because that the peroples of both of the countries Pakistan and India dont have enough money, lifestyle and other nessary things with them, so they are free from all the worries and love the sports and gave lives for it.

It is absolutely outrageous to see such behavior over a game. These fans have totally lost the plot,i love sport and my country too but would never act so uncivilized. They have embarrassed themselves and their country. They should hang their heads in shame.I feel so sorry for the Indian cricket team having to go home and face these barbaric people who are their fellow countrymen.

In India and Pakistan cricket has become such a game that if anyone of the team loses they can't bear it and the eams mainly lose because of the pressure recieved from the spectators.

It's all about control, and glory.
There is always some one, who has to be in the lead, to head some thing up. some one who thinks that he is candadate for boss, and that all others that inter act with him, must be humble and submitt to his ravings.

Ball and sports fans are a breed of their own.they act like animals, when things go wrong for their team, coaches go crazy, because their up and coming glory is ruined, ssso they , scream, b.it.c.h at the team players.

I refrain from to much exposiure from excissive sports. Too many luniticks out there

seems like you don't really love cricket. Well, some people are hugely devoted to it and who can stand it when your team gets kicked out in the first round. As for the coach's death, nobody knows who did it......it might not be a fan
